INGREDIENTS
1 container BabyGreens Mix
1 egg (boiled and sliced in half)
⅓ avocado (sliced)
½ medium cucumber (sliced)
¼ cup toasted chickpeas
olive oil + lemon juice to taste
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Place container of microgreens of choice in a bowl, or simple remove the absorbent pad from container and mix ingredients in the container.
2. Arrange all ingredients, mix, and enjoy!
